The image was taken on Monday, April-27, 2020. Kyiv city is under Cover-19 lockdown.

The picture shows facade of the cultural center "Ukraine Palace", free of any posters and advertising, closed for attenders. Never in my life before I have seen clean facade of this building.
Streets are also empty, as most people stay at their homes. A few cars are on the street, but it is not difficult to catch moment without cars in the frame.
